I.DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CURSO
In this course students will extend their knowledge of traditional, formal grammar to semantic and functional approaches. They will learn the core concepts and analytical tools in Systemic Functional Grammar and apply them to the analysis of natural English texts. They will analyze how grammatical choices transcend the sentence level to create cohesion and coherence at the level of text.
