I.DESCRIPTION

The aim of the course is to learn and analyze the impact and causes of corporate scandals, as well as the impact of capitalism and the rule of law on economic outcomes.


II. PURPOSES

1. Analyze corporate scandals in common law and civil law jurisdictions.

2. Determine the impact of corporate sandals over legal systems and economic settings.

3. Study common denominators ? if any ? of corporate scandals in different countries.
